Description
The Hurricane XLT3 is designed for those who like to keep moving. The quick-drying straps are made from 100% REPREVE® recycled polyester, a tough, durable and comfortable material in contact with the skin. At the same time, they dry quickly after contact with water, which makes the sandal particularly suitable for hot temperatures, trails by the water or outdoor adventures with variable conditions.
The well-known Universal Strapping System allows for precise adjustment at three different points. Thus, the sandal can be adjusted individually and stays firmly on the foot - something that many users value especially on longer hikes or on uneven terrain. The FuseLock™ Hook-and-Loop technology guarantees a particularly resistant Velcro fastening, which according to the manufacturer offers greater durability and security than traditional systems.
More cushioning for even better comfort
Compared to the previous model, the Hurricane XLT3 has received an extra 5 mm of EVA cushioning, which provides a softer tread sensation. This increase in foam clearly improves comfort during longer runs. The textured upper contributes to a feeling of stability and comfort all day long.
Secure grip on different types of terrain
The Spider Rubber® Endure outsole, now updated, offers reliable traction on various types of surface. The new tread pattern improves stability and ensures good grip on dirt tracks, forest paths or more uneven surfaces. An integrated nylon shank helps stabilise the midfoot and supports the foot on uneven ground.
More sustainable materials for modern outdoor equipment
Teva is also betting on more sustainable materials in this model. The straps are made entirely from recycled REPREVE® polyester, while the midsole and outsole also contain a percentage of recycled materials. In this way, the Hurricane XLT3 combines outdoor performance with a more responsible approach to the choice of materials.
