The Garmont 9.81 Pulse is designed for people who like to be on the move. The upper material consists of KNIT synthetic fabric knitted from recycled PET, complemented by microfibre elements and textile reinforcements. This results in a balanced combination of lightness, high breathability and sufficient robustness for different types of terrain. The breathable mesh lining also helps to maintain a pleasant climate inside the shoe - especially during intense activity or on warmer days.
The asymmetrical lacing system, part of Garmont's a.d.d.® (Anatomically Directed Design) concept, follows the natural shape of the foot and contributes to an ergonomic fit. Many users report that this construction provides a feeling of stability without compromising the natural movement of the foot.
For high walking comfort, the Mono-Density EVA midsole includes around 20 % of biological material derived from sugar cane. This guarantees good impact absorption and a dynamic stride. Comfort is enhanced by the Garmont insole with 20 % of recycled material, which offers additional support and pleasant cushioning.
Grip and stability on different terrains
The GTF™ Magnet outsole, developed by Garmont itself, guarantees secure grip on different surfaces.
