To place a purchase order you need to go to www.norwinoutdoor.co.uk and register as a User. To do so, fill in the electronic form and follow the instructions for each step. Once registered, the User can proceed to purchase their product.

b) Product availability

With the exception of items in "Pre-reserve", the items on the website www.norwinoutdoor.co.uk are available to order. All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability.

c) Pre-reserved articles

Once an item has been purchased under "Pre-reserve", if the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase, they will be given a voucher with the respective value to be deducted from any purchase in the online shop or physical shop. No refunds will be made for this type of purchase using any other method.

d) Means of payment

g) Shipping methods

Norwin Outdoor offers its customers two ways of receiving the products purchased in our Online Shop: the customer can collect the order directly from our shop or have it sent by courier.

Warning: If the order is sent by courier, we recommend that our customers check the packaging at the time of delivery and, if they suspect that it is not in good condition, indicate on the Transport Guide or Delivery List - delivery under reservation. As the carriers are solely responsible for the delivery, they will only accept claims for damage to the goods if they are provided with the original packaging.

h) Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product detail.

9. Guarantee Policy

The products are covered by the General Law on Guarantees in Sales Contracts between Professionals and Consumers - Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of 8th April, which prescribes, in article 5, a general two-year term for the end consumer.

ALL USED PRODUCTS are not covered by the aforementioned law or any other type of guarantee.

10. Returns

Return - The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, with the exception of the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or element, to return his order unmotivated within the legal time limit in accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, as amended by Law no. 47/2014, of 28 July.

Any return will be adjusted by direct exchange with items of the same value or its value will be refundable (including transport costs) by the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or if this is not possible, by another means to be agreed with the customer. In the case of exchanges of a lower value, the customer will be reimbursed for the difference. In the case of exchanges of a higher value, payment will have to be made for the excess value.

Conditions for exchange:

- Exchanges will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, dirt or wear.

- When dispatched to our premises, they must be sent in the original packaging or box in the same condition as they were received by the customer and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up.

Regardless of the form of return, the deadline is 14 days from receipt of the parcel.

Returns due to transport damage - if the parcel has been transported by any courier, we recommend that our customers check the packaging at the time of delivery. If they suspect that it is not in good condition, they should sign the waybill or delivery list. The carrier is fully responsible for the delivery. Please note that even in these situations, you should check that the parcel has its original packaging, as carriers will not accept claims without this.

11. Liability

Norwin Outdoor, does not guarantee the absence of viruses or similar elements in electronic documents and files stored in its computer system and on its website, and shall not be held liable for any damage caused or derived from the possible presence of viruses or other similar elements.
