b) Product availability
With the exception of items in "Pre-reserve", the items on the website www.norwinoutdoor.co.uk are available to order. All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability.
c) Pre-reserved articles
Once an item has been purchased under "Pre-reserve", if the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase, they will be given a voucher with the respective value to be deducted from any purchase in the online shop or physical shop. No refunds will be made for this type of purchase using any other method.
d) Means of payment

9. Guarantee Policy
The products are covered by the General Law on Guarantees in Sales Contracts between Professionals and Consumers - Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of 8th April, which prescribes, in article 5, a general two-year term for the end consumer.

10. Returns
Return - The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, with the exception of the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or element, to return his order unmotivated within the legal time limit in accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, as amended by Law no. 47/2014, of 28 July.
Any return will be adjusted by direct exchange with items of the same value or its value will be refundable (including transport costs) by the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or if this is not possible, by another means to be agreed with the customer. In the case of exchanges of a lower value, the customer will be reimbursed for the difference. In the case of exchanges of a higher value, payment will have to be made for the excess value.

If they suspect that it is not in good condition, they should sign the waybill or delivery list. The carrier is fully responsible for the delivery. Please note that even in these situations, you should check that the parcel has its original packaging, as carriers will not accept claims without this.
11. Liability
Norwin Outdoor, does not guarantee the absence of viruses or similar elements in electronic documents and files stored in its computer system and on its website, and shall not be held liable for any damage caused or derived from the possible presence of viruses or other similar elements.
