Morakniv Eldris with Fire Kit
55,00 €
A Morakniv Eldris with Fire Kit combines a super-compact knife with essential accessories for adventure seekers. With firestarter, paracord and safety system, it's the complete solution for bushcraft, micro-adventures or emergency kits.
A Eldris with Fire-Kit is much more than a small knife - it's a practical and effective survival tool for those looking for lightweight but functional equipment. At the centre is the familiar Eldris blade, short but strong, with a non-slip, comfortable handle. Ideal for carving, cutting or as a backup knife.
The kit extends the use of the knife: the firestarter fits perfectly on the back of the blade (deliberately unsharpened) to create sparks with ease. The paracord allows it to be worn around the neck or attached to equipment. And with the safety strap, the knife won't come out of its sheath even during sudden movements or if it's upside down.
The set turns the Eldris into a real bushcraft tool - great for minimalists, short hikes, emergency kits or as a complement to a larger knife. Light, ingenious and always at hand.
Special blade features
The Morakniv Eldris blade is short, but very well thought out: it has a slightly curved drop-point shape with a reinforced tip, which offers extra stability for more delicate tasks. The sharpening combines two types of cutting: at the front, it features the traditional Scandinavian edge (Scandi), ideal for carving and precise cuts. Closer to the handle, the blade has a slight rounded micro-bevel, perfect for cuts with more force or pressure. This combination makes the Eldris surprisingly versatile, despite its compact size.

Stainless steel 12C27 12C27 is a Swedish stainless steel from Sandvik, known for its good balance between hardness, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening. With a hardness of up to around 58 HRC, it holds its edge well and is easy to maintain on a daily basis. It's a solid choice for general-purpose, outdoor and EDC knives, combining reliable performance and durability at an affordable price. |
SGM The Moraknivs Steel Grade Mora (SGM®) standard identifies the type of steel used in knife blades and the processing the blades undergo during the manufacturing process at the Morakniv knife factory in Mora, Sweden. |
SGM®S-ASE101 S = Stainless steel, A = 12C27 Alleima (steel), SE = Sweden, 1 = hardening, 0= no Cryo, 1 = Anneling |
Nominal hardness (HRC) |
56.5 HRC A hardness grade of 56.5 HRC describes a medium-hard knife steel that offers a balanced combination of cutting strength, fracture resistance and resharpenability. Blades with this hardness are robust in everyday use, can be easily resharpened when necessary and are less brittle than very hard steels - ideal for outdoor knives, work knives or blades for everyday use, which must be reliable and easy to care for. |

yes A knife or sheath compatible with a flint offers a practical advantage for bushcraft, trekking and survival. The requirement is usually a sharp, right-angled blade back, with which sparks can be produced reliably. Some models also have an integrated holder, so that the flint is always at hand. The result is a well thought-out system with which you can light a fire quickly and reliably, even in difficult conditions - without a lighter or matches! |
