A Patagonia Houdini® Jacket is an ultralight, weather-resistant windbreaker made from 100 % recycled nylon - designed for intense activities such as hiking, trekking, trail running or any outdoor sport. With only 105g, minimal stowage and Fair Trade Certified™ production, it's one of Patagonia's most versatile garments.
Anyone who spends a lot of time in nature knows the situation well: the wind picks up, a light drizzle starts - but it's still too early to put on a heavy hardshell. This is precisely where Houdini® really comes into its own. The ripstop fabric in 100 % recycled nylon is extremely light, protects effectively from the wind and, thanks to the DWR finish without intentionally added PFAS, resists light moisture.
Ultralight and always ready
At just 105g, the jacket can be stored in its own zip chest pocket, which doubles as an integrated storage bag. It also includes a reinforced loop for attaching with a carabiner to your rucksack - ideal for variable conditions on hikes, pilgrimages on the Camino or quick training sessions at the end of the day.
Cut with movement in mind
The slim cut with slightly elongated back ensures a comfortable fit on the move. The hood adjusts with a single pull and is designed not to limit the field of vision. Semi-elasticated cuffs and an adjustment drawstring at the hem help block out wind and cold.
