1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1.1 If the product supplied has a manufacturing defect, the customer may demand that the defect be corrected or that an identical product without defect be supplied.

1.2 The customer has 14 days to return a product from the date of delivery, free of charge, provided that it shows no evidence of use and is returned in the same box used for dispatch. In the event of damage caused by poor packaging of the product by the customer, theĀ Norwin OutdoorĀ reserves the right to refuse to accept the return and will charge the associated shipping costs to the customer.

1.3 The exercise of the right provided for in the previous point occurs only when the customer has not actually used the product purchased, reserving to theĀ Norwin OutdoorĀ the right to exchange the equipment after checking its state of repair.

1.4 If the customer requests the exchange of their product for another whose price is higher than the product purchased, they must pay the remaining amount by bank transfer to the IBAN that will be provided at the time of the request.

1.5 When the customer requests that their product be exchanged for another whose price is lower than the product purchased, theĀ Norwin OutdoorĀ will issue a credit note and return the difference to the customer, within a maximum of 15 working days, by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer

1.6. In the event of a return, theĀ Norwin OutdoorĀ will refund the amount charged, including transport costs, by the same means used for payment, or by another means to be agreed.

2. GUARANTEE

2.1 The legal guarantee is valid for 3 (three) years from the date of delivery.

2.2 The guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from incorrect or inappropriate use by the customer, such as:

- product negligence (insufficient care and maintenance);

- assembly and alteration of components in any part of the product structure which have not been expressly authorised byĀ Norwin Outdoor;

- falls;

- overload;

- heels;

- excessive efforts of other kinds.

2.3 If the defect involves replacing part of the product, it will be replaced in the same colour, depending on availability. Otherwise, the product will be replaced in another colour.

2.4 Warranty services do not cover any other services (such as assembly and transport costs) and any additional assembly and material costs resulting from a change to the model. These costs will be borne by the customer under warranty.

2.5. The guarantee applies only to the first owner of the product, according to the customer named on the purchase invoice.

2.6 It is suggested that the customer keep the box used to send the order until the end of the guarantee period, in order to ensure that the product is correctly packaged and accommodated in the event that it needs to be returned for guarantee purposes.
