Can I pick up my parcel in the shop?

Of course! Just select "Pick up in shop" when you place your order. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready - then you can pick it up in Viana do Castelo whenever you like. If you prefer, you can also arrange a short meeting with us in advance - that way we can make sure there's enough time for you.

Is shipping free?

From an order value of 80 euros, we take care of shipping within Portugal 👍 Below that, shipping costs start at a fair 4.95 euros. International shipments are, of course, also possible at an additional cost.

I'd like an appointment - how does it work?

Call us or come directly to the shop. We'll take our time, listen and find out together what you really need. We can also be contacted by email or WhatsApp - whatever is most convenient for you. If you want to make sure we have enough time for you, it's a good idea to make an appointment.

How is the product range made up?

We stand for robust, well-designed equipment that you can rely on in the great outdoors - whether for hiking, trekking or bushcraft. As well as equipment, we also offer functional clothing that can withstand the outdoors.

We consciously pay attention to quality, durability and fair production. Whenever possible, we favour products from Portuguese or European manufacturers - and sustainable materials play an increasingly important role in our selection. No frills, just equipment that delivers what it promises.

Do you have the same products in stock in the shop as in the online shop?

Our range overlaps to a large extent, but there are differences: some exclusive items can only be found in the shop, others only online. If you have any questions about a product, just write to us - we'll be happy to help.
