Description
The La Sportiva Ultra Raptor III were created for active outdoor adventures where speed, comfort and stability are equally important. The high-strength nylon ripstop mesh upper material guarantees excellent ventilation and makes the shoe particularly pleasant on hot days. At the same time, the robust fabric structure increases abrasion resistance on rocky trails or uneven terrain.
Compared to the previous model, the shoe has a slightly wider fit, making it possible to accommodate a greater variety of foot shapes. The elasticated collar in recycled stretch mesh makes it easy to put on and offers a secure fit in the ankle area. A clip on the heel also helps to put the shoe on quickly.
Stability and secure support on the ground
The HF TPU lacing system distributes the tension of the laces evenly, ensuring a firm and secure fit of the foot inside the shoe. This system is complemented by double external TPU stabilisers in the heel area, which increase heel support and help improve ankle stability - especially useful on technical trails or long descents.
A reinforced rubber toecap effectively protects against stones, roots and other common obstacles on the trails.
Cushioning and grip on technical trails
The Dual-Density CM-EVA midsole offers a balanced combination of comfortable cushioning and targeted support. The result is a stable and comfortable walking sensation, even during long walks.
The FriXion® White outsole with Impact Brake System™ guarantees exceptional traction, stability and control on technical terrain. This system improves grip both uphill and downhill, even on loose or rocky surfaces.
